We went through our film photographs since the time we started seeing each other. I still couldn't believe that more than a year has passed already. We've had so many memories, good and bad, that go along with those pictures. More than a year is just more than a year but everything seems life-long already. What we have is far from forever but you just know it when you know it.
"Always look at the bigger picture." This is one of the
countless life metaphors I've learned from him. No matter how
mindful (and at times, mindless) we are with our actions and words, we
still have our differences, and we clash. We argue. We fight, sometimes,
about the most nonsensical things. But we need not crash. We go through
unnecessary discussions, throw awful words at each other, until it comes
to a point that we calm down and we just keep quiet. Because at the end
of every argument, no matter how much we differ, we should look at
things that matter the most: the bigger picture. We have each other and
that's what really matters.
What else could I say? Our love's the bigger picture.
